Feb O-Week The CASS O-Week is an exciting and important time when new members get to find out about us and old members get to renew their memberships with us for the new uni year. The CASS showbags that we distribute during O-Week are a rare treasure, so make sure you do not miss out!!
March Welcoming Meeting The Welcoming Meeting at each university is the first chance in the year when new and old members get to meet, and find out about the exciting things going on in CASS. Check out your uni CASS branch's website, or contact your uni CASS President for details on your uni's Welcoming Meeting. welcoming
"Pray and Play"

The "Pray and Play", otherwise known as the CASS beginning-of-year Mass and Welcoming Picnic, is the first chance for CASSians from different branches to break the ice, praise the Lord together, and enjoy a bit of sun and a bit of fun afterwards.

April CASS Fundraising Walkathon

An event traditionally hosted by UNSW CASS, this is your chance to get some exercise, enjoy some beautiful sceneries around Sydney, get to meeting CASSians in a fun and casual atmosphere, and (as a bonus) raise some funds for the Catholic Chinese community here in Sydney.

July CASS Annual Retreat

This is a 3-day get-away from the hustles and bustles of city life, and a rare chance to get in touch with God, and to make lifelong friends from within CASS. The CASS Annual Retreat has traditionally been held in Francisville, a remote place (in St Albans) of peace and beauty. Regarded by many as THE CASS event of the year, the CASS Annual Retreat is certainly not to be missed!!

Aug CASS AGM

The election of the new CASS Central and branch committees take place during this busy month. Show your support for CASS by turning up and casting a vote... or volunteer yourself to the rewarding work of God by telling your President of your interest in joining the new committee (they'll tell you what you need to do)!!

AGm
"Angel Cup"

This is an interuniversity Bible trivia, traditionally organised and hosted by UTS CASS, which pits university CASS branches head to head in fierce (but friendly) competition. Show your support for your uni by turning up and having a go... and learn some new things about our faith in the process!

Not Just Praise

A Competition between friends, and Praise and Worship Afterwards. A Day of Fun and Friendship.

Thanksgiving Mass

This is a special annual Mass where CASS members give thanks to the Lord for the blessings of the past year, and where new executives from Central and uni CASS branches are commissioned in a special ceremony to carry out their duties in the upcoming year. This is always followed by the CASS Annual Dinner.

Annual Dinner

The CASS Annual Dinner is one of the biggest highlights in the CASS calendar. It is an opportunity for CASS members to dress up nicely, share in a nice dinner, be introduced to the new CASS executives for the year, and sit back and enjoy (or, if you're the active type, participate in the performance of) the various CASS shows and entertainment items throughout the night. An extravaganza not to be missed by anyone!!

Dec Christmas Carolling Every Christmas, CASS (led by the CASS Activities Team) goes out to the Sydney Children's Hospital in Randwick, the Bernard Chan Nursing Home in Burwood, and the Marist Sister's Convent in Woolwich to spread the joyous melodies of Christmas to those in need. This is certainly one of the more heartwarming events on our calendar, and a great way to end the year!!
Christmas Party A Great way to round up the year! Mass, followed by dinner and christmas carol singing, chris chringle and various other fun activities! carol
